Common & Limited Common Area Landscaping

We have been replacing trees and bushes with mostly evergreens and plants that do not require a lot of maintenance. This has been a large project and after trying to find a contractor to do the work we finally did find Premier Patios who has done a great job, as weather permits. Our concern is that the new plantings must be watered regularly and we hope the residents will help with this.

 

Year-Round Lawn & Flower Bed Maintenance Tips

If the beds in front of your unit are not the original plants (most units do not have the original plants) you as the owner are responsible for maintaining the beds - this includes any new flowers you may plant and also cleaning up the beds of dead plants in the Fall. Of course this also includes watering the plants, keeping in mind we all pay for the water in our complex.
